1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using SLN Weather Systems (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) via slnweathersystems.com (“Website”) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website or services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or make a purchase.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any unauthorized access or security breach must be reported immediately to support@slnweathersystems.com.

3. Product Sales and Warranties

All product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Our HVAC products (air conditioners, heating systems, and related components) are sold “as described” on our Website.
Any warranties associated with products are provided solely by the manufacturers, and we do not offer additional warranties unless explicitly stated.
We are not liable for improper installation, mishandling, or misuse of any product.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraudulent transactions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including delays from third-party carriers (Blue Dart, DTC, etc.).
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon shipment dispatch.
Customers must inspect deliveries immediately and report damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt at support@slnweathersystems.com.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is due to our error.

7. Limitation of Liability

SLN Weather Systems shall not be liable for:

Improper installation or unauthorized modifications to our products.
Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
Product failures due to mishandling, external factors, or non-compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, Hyderabad, India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be exclusively resolved in the Regional Court of Hyderabad.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our Website and services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
