1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed, modified, or tampered with.

2. Return & Refund Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

To request a return, customers must:

  • Contact SLN Weather Systems at support@slnweathersystems.com or call +91 90327 29860 within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide a detailed reason for the return along with photographs or videos (if applicable).
  • Await authorization and return instructions from SLN Weather Systems before shipping the item back.

2.2 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped product.
  • All returns must be sent via a trackable courier service. SLN Weather Systems is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

2.3 Inspection & Approval

  • Once received, the returned product will be inspected to verify compliance with return eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
  • If the return is denied, the customer will be notified, and the item may be returned at their expense.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after return approval.
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee (if applicable).
  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, installed, or damaged products.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or missing components.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product is damaged upon delivery, customers must report it to SLN Weather Systems within 48 hours of receipt.
  • To process a replacement or refund, customers must provide:
    • Photographic or video evidence of the damage.
    • A copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
  • If the damage is verified, SLN Weather Systems will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After the 24-hour window, cancellations will be subject to approval, and processing fees may apply.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This Refunds & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of Telangana, Hyderabad, India.
  • Any disputes arising from returns or refunds shall be exclusively resolved in the Regional Court of Hyderabad.

8. Policy Changes

  • SLN Weather Systems reserves the right to modify this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
  • Continued use of SLN Weather Systems’ products or services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
